Glucose Levels are Crucial to Good Health

Do you experience any or many of the following?

  • difficulty losing weight

  • feel hungry all of the time

  • often feel "hangry"

  • need to eat often

  • crave sweets foods

  • are tired during the day

  • feel shaky or lightheaded

  • suffer from skin conditions

  • experience brain fog

  • often experience acid reflux

  • need coffee to keep going

  • have a waist circumference greater than 40 in (man) or 35 in (woman)

  • struggle with infertility

The impact of our unstable blood sugar levels on our current global epidemic of obesity and type 2 diabetes or "diabesity" is immense. This problem will affect every person on the planet in some way. It has affected me personally on so many levels. What's more important to note is that this is PREVENTABLE.

By implementing simple, sustainable strategies in my life, I was able to overcome and reverse many chronic conditions, including pre-diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, obesity, fatty liver disease, high triglycerides, insulin resistance, and debilitating dystonia. I wish I had known this information when I was younger. Like many others, I lost a significant person in my life due to complications of diabetes which could have been prevented. I now help guide and educate others through workshops, classes, group health coaching, and my one-on-one signature program.

During my upcoming workshop on June 5th, we'll discuss:

  • the root causes of weight gain and diabetes

  • simple ways you can change your diet, reduce stress, exercise more effectively

  • address toxin exposure

  • the correlation between infertility, low sex drive, and sexual dysfunction and "diabesity"

  • how to work with your providers so you can get the best care

Did you know that you can eat pasta, desserts, and carbohydrates with far fewer negative impacts? After helping clients stabilize their blood sugar levels, they often share with me the following testimonies:

  • cravings disappear

  • decreased fatigue

  • increased energy

  • menopausal symptoms decrease

  • decrease in hormonal acne

  • healthy glowing skin

  • decreased migraines

  • less food intolerances

  • decreased PCOS symptoms like facial hair, anxiety, and consistent hunger

  • reduced anxiety

  • improved mental clarity

Sign up today to reserve your spot and join us for this very important conversation on June 5th. This will be an interactive, insightful, encouraging, and exciting workshop. We'll learn about the importance of balancing blood sugar levels, what exactly glucose and glucose spikes are, why they are harmful to our health, and what we can do to avoid spikes while eating the foods we love.

Hoping to see you there!

Elise
